Mark is an experienced energy CEO whose senior roles span across International Energy Investment and Industrial Energy Manufacturing, with a focus on renewable energy and wind in particular.

Rui began working in the wind industry in 2004, initially involved in the technical and commercial management of training centres.

Pablo is an experienced finance professional with broad experience in complex finance transformation processes within the infrastructure sector and large global groups.

Jean is the former CEO of the Luxembourg-based utility, Encevo S.A., which is active in Luxembourg, Germany, France and Belgium in the field of power and gas grids, renewables and energy sales.

During her long career in the investment industry, Leanne Bell has overseen the investment of more than $6 billion in global power infrastructure projects and companies.
Mark Scarsella
Shareholder Representative Member of the Board
Mark is an investment principal within the Infrastructure Investments Group of J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Alternative business, based in London. He is primarily responsible for leading the Group’s investment and asset management activity across Europe having joined the firm in 2013.
Mikael Kramer

Mikael has more than 35 years’ experience in M&A and Corporate Finance. Since 2015, he has been advising investors and incumbents mainly in the energy infrastructure sector.

2017 Ventient was launched.
Combination of UK assets previously owned by Infinis and Zephyr for a total of 34 Onshore Wind Farm in the UK.

2018
Ventient is awarded the highest 5 star GRESB rating.

2019
2019 Mark Jones appointed CEO.
Ventient acquired 69 wind farm portfolios across continental Europe.
Ventient owns 103 onshore wind farms and 1.9GW of installed capacity across Spain, Portugal, France and Belgium, Germany and UK.
Ventient is awarded the highest 5 star GRESB rating and recognized with “Sector Leader” status.

2020
Ventient acquires Portuguese owner and operator Iberwind adding 31 wind farms to its portfolio and integrating the Portuguese team into the organization.
Ventient is awarded the highest 5 star GRESB rating and attains “Sector Leader” status.

2021
Ventient is the largest non-utility onshore wind generator in Europe, managing 135 windfarms and 2.6 GW of installed capacity.
