With over 20 years’ experience in senior roles within international financial services, Jill has a strong background in developing progressive people strategies particularly in situations that demand change management due to mergers and acquisitions and corporate integration.

Over the years, she has worked alongside executive teams in markets across UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions to deliver a wide range of successful growth strategies. In her spare time, Jill is a keen volunteer, taking any opportunity to support causes in her local community, including London Zoo.
