Shareholder Representative Member of the Board
Mark is an investment principal within the Infrastructure Investments Group of J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Alternative business, based in London. He is primarily responsible for leading the Group’s investment and asset management activity across Europe having joined the firm in 2013.
Mark’s prior and existing Board positions include Electricity North West, Beacon Rail and FRUK, a partnership with Falck Renewables. In his role as a current non-exec board member, Mark is responsible for providing ongoing strategic guidance and support to the organisations and their executives.
Prior to his current role, Mark spent time working with KPMG in Australia and the UK, practicing as a chartered accountant before moving to Deutsche Bank’s equities division. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Adelaide in Australia and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the J.P. Morgan Asset Management Advisory Committee.
