Q. How long have you been at Ventient for?
A. 2 years recently and counting.
Q. Callum, in your time at Ventient what achievement are you most proud of?
A. I’m most proud of a report I have developed measuring turbine reliability. Through this report, I have also gained a lot knowledge on reliability metrics and developer experience in Power BI.
Q. What do you think is the best thing about working at Ventient?
A. Difficult to name only one, but it would easily be the culture and my colleagues.
Q. What do you think about Ventient culture and the company’s support for people development and wellbeing?
A. I think Ventient is welcoming and fun. The focus on wellbeing is excellent. A lot has also been driven with our suggestions and input. From the start of the pandemic the support has and continues to be great. Support goes far also for our development, we are encouraged to bring forward any changes that would improve how we work. We also have opportunities for various training and are able to engage with different departments. As a result of acquiring new knowledge and experience we can progress within the team. I started at Ventient as an Operational Controller within the Control Centre and was promoted to Operational Analyst.
