Rheidol Wind Farm is located south of the A44 in Llywernog, Mid Wales, approximately 15 km east of Aberystwyth.

The wind farm opened in January 1997 and has an installed capacity of 2.4MW. It was acquired from E.ON UK plc in January 2011. Rheidol has a strong operational track record with an average load factor of approximately 29% and its 8 turbines, rated at 300kW, generate enough power to supply 1,409 homes* with electricity.
