Q. How long have you been at Ventient and what made you want to join?

A. Since August 2022 I have been working for Ventient Energy. The first thing I saw was the job description, which exactly matched my background. I then enquired about Ventient and was able to identify my personal goals with those of the company.

Q. What’s the most interesting thing you’re working on at Ventient?

A. To see how projects that were planned together are implemented and then to accompany them. For example, inspections that increase yield through damage detection.

Q. In your time at Ventient, what achievement are you most proud of?

A. The really good cooperation with my line manager and the trust placed in me and my work.

Q. What does diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) mean to you?

A. Overall, diversity, equity and inclusion are fundamental values that aim to create an inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to develop their full potential and participate. These principles are crucial to fight discrimination, inequality, and exclusion, and to create a more just and respectful world for all people.

Q. What’s the best thing about working at Ventient?

A. One of the best things about working at Ventient is the opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future and knowing that my work is helping to produce clean energy and reduce carbon emissions. But also working with colleagues from different departments gives me the opportunity to learn from them or share my knowledge.

Q. What does the Ventient Way mean to you?

A. Working together for a future in which sustainability, equality, and respect for each other are the key elements.
