Q. How long have you been at Ventient and what made you want to join?
A. I joined Ventient in November 2022, and it was a great career opportunity for me as Ventient is a leading company in the renewable energy sector, as one of the biggest Independent Power Producers.
Q. What’s the most interesting thing you’re working on at Ventient?
A. Colocation projects at our wind farms located in Spain.
Q. What does diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) mean to you?
A. It means that there is room for everyone, independently of their gender, sex, sexual orientation, age or title, everyone has a voice and is represented.

A. Ventient is a modern and flexible organisation with supportive teams, which makes it a great place for working. One of its key strengths are the diverse projects in our pipeline, which will help to create a better and more sustainable world.
